The first room at the establishment did not have a plug in the sink; the towel rail did not work, the towels are not even fit to use on your dog,the blinds were broken, the quit cover smelt of aftershave, there was a fan running all night and the bleeping of the night key fob entry until at least 2am . As it was late, I sent a message describing this and hoping for a resolution – I have not had a reply to this.I requested to be moved and the second room was slightly better (do not remove the bin liner as you won’t be surprised at the dirt in the bin.It may be predominately a place where people working away from home stay but it is no excuse for what I would describe this as “Slum Accommodation”.- P
